Student Trainee Office Manager (m/f)

What you will do

  • Coordinate new hire set up including office space, IT equipment, and supplies
  • Event planning (happy hours, offsites, and fun activities)
  • Find new and creative ways to make our office awesome
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships including office/kitchen inventory and services
  • Handle HR-related and building management tasks
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements both domestically/internationally
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms and kitchen including stocking items daily
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout the office
  • Assist with special projects in various functional areas

  • Possesses a warm professional demeanor and can-do attitude
  • Pays attention to detail, organized, and can multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere

  • Is a self-starter eager to exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
