User Onboarding

In this article we have prepared clear instructions for you to easily carry out all steps of the onboarding process. Why is it worth having an account on the UnitedCrowd platform? Take a look at this article.

Start onboarding by registering on the new platform at app.unitedcrowd.com. Please do not forget to confirm your email and choose a secure password.

Once you have successfully signed up and if you already do have a MetaMask wallet, please complete the KYC for identification and connect the wallet. The system will automatically guide you through all steps, which are happy to show you in the following.

If you have successfully completed the points, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. Note: A MetaMask wallet is required to receive and use tokens on the UnitedCrowd platform. If you do not have a MetaMask wallet yet, please set up one. MetaMask is available for various browsers and devices and it only takes a few minutes to set up.

Please use MetaMask currently only on your desktop computer! MetaMask works best with the Chrome browser.

The steps in detail:

1. Create a user account

Register at app.unitedcrowd.com.
Confirm your email address and choose a secure password.

2. Complete your personal data

Complete your KYC and fill in your personal data.

Complete your KYC by uploading your personal documents.

You will now be automatically asked to connect your MetaMask wallet. If you wish to carry out this step later, click on Cancel at this point and follow the note below.

Please use MetaMask currently only on your desktop computer! MetaMask works best with the Chrome browser.

If you want to connect your wallet later, log into the platform, navigate to My Profile and then to the Connections menu item.
